Description of Services
QuickSprout provides a done-for-you booking, payments, and automated review management system for appointment-based businesses. Services include custom booking page setup, Stripe payment integration, and SMS-based review request automation.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to individuals who have not opted in
- Transmit content that is false, misleading, harassing, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform without written permission
- Violate any carrier or TCPA regulations in your use of SMS features
Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You authorize QuickSprout to charge your payment method on file. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.
Free Trial
A 30-day free trial is available for new customers. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be deactivated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on the QuickSprout platform are owned by QuickSprout and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or any specific results from use of our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickSprout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms with a revised "Last Updated" date.
